The changes and improvements from the last time I've seen homes a few years ago especially the single wides is truly impressive. After viewing the property I was looking at earlier that is for sale, why renovate when I could just get a few of these single wides and have my rentals that way.

I've called and talked to multiple sales people at Clayton homes here in Greenville, and all of them have been super helpful, but I talked to Tim the other day for almost a half hour and he really went over all the details as well as giving me some perspective on living there and some tips on moving to the area and getting settled in. Really appreciated all his help and information and his patience with me, especially because I'm a Yankee and some of the other places I've called people have been less than helpful. Will definitely be going with Clayton homes and all of their contractors that they work with to try to get our new life going down there.
