We wrestled with options of how best handle the sale because the lots had been listed with various realtors but never sold. We enlisted the help of Jeff Hathorn and the Target Auction team and it was the best decision we could have made. There were lots of complicated legal items that needed addressing prior to the sale and Jeff worked tirelessly and very patiently with lawyers, executors and even neighbors to complete the process and have a great outcome. Target Auction always had the well- being of our family as their first priority and were always very prompt in answering any questions we had. The property was marketed in a very professional manner, and we were able to have a successful live and online auction and all lots sold and closed. We would recommend them to anyone, and were extremely pleased with the whole process.
