- AJAlan JopsonSep 30, 20245.0An incredible upgrade from our previous "Best of Gulf Shores" location. The staff is always pleasant and willing to assist. The neighborhood is new and ~40-50% at capacity. Landscapers come weekly. All issues have been addressed and completed in a satisfactory manner. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly and courteous. Ample area to walk your "friend" with additional access to other neighborhoods. Several dog stations are provided for easy cleanup (the stations actually have bags). A dog park is planned which will add additional value to the property. It would be nice if the community had access for game nights in the clubhouse or even a single pickleball court. The location is ideal as you can access golf, shopping, parks, restaurants, etc. all within 5-10 minutes. The beach is ~15 minutes depending on traffic and your favorite location. Not only this, the garage is provided at no additional cost which can save most $$ on extra storage. As with any rental community, it is not perfect, however, Allier Foley does an exceptional job at making one feel at home including their best friends (club house has great treats for Fido and his/her owner). Give Allier a review before selecting your next temporary location. You won't regret the time spent. Make it a great day!

All maintenance requests are answered and responded to almost immediately or within a business day. The homes are absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I love how quiet the community is and how friendly the neighbors are! I am so glad we decided to move here!
