  Very sketchy company. I reached the company for a rental, and was told the unit is available and sent an application, made my payment. I also went to drive to check the place and after a 2 hour drive i was texted, that the unit was not available. After talking with “Christian”, was told the building was already rented and that was a mistake it showing is available. Mind you they just changed the rate of the rent on the website, and it was active and available, also confirmed by them. I than asked for my refund for the application fee and started being ghosted all day yesterday. Their customer service and phone number is useless, as it is an AI robot that will tell you will be called if they ever feel like it. I was reached by “Nina” today after another attempt to reach them, and was told “we were reviewing your request for the refund. And unfortunately we would not be able to and refund, this is not something we refund. We can review other houses”. Typical click bait - if i apply for a house that was not available, and i was told as available, and the company was aware, in good faith they should refund me my application fee rather than bait me into other properties. I would never rent from this company, so they can enjoy my application fee. In any case, I will make sure several people in shoals/florence area be aware of their sketchy business practice.

  I love living here at Bentbrook Village It is conveniently located to so many places! It is also very quiet! I have recommended it to my friends!

  Fees, fees, fees. Every ridiculous fee they charge is pocketed by the company, not the homeowner. So they’re heavily incentivized to stack even MORE fees. They hand you a cute directory then ignore every phone call. Thank god my homes owner took it back from them, I was not looking forward to tenancy under this company 👎
