Quite literally the worst apartment complex I’ve dealt with. The staff is extremely rude. The amenities are rarely available. There are dog feces everywhere. The way the grounds and residents are treated is just unacceptable.

I moved into The Retreat in June of 2024 and loved it. My apartment was on 4th floor, an end unit, across from dog park and walking distance to pool, etc. My pups lived it, too. The office ladies were always very helpful anytime I contacted them. I had no issues in my unit at all. My only complaint was residents not picking up after their dogs, but I've found that true everywhere. I moved out last week and there were no surprises on my final bill.

All of the 5 star reviews you see are because they were offering a bogus year of free rent. Don’t buy it, this place is a dump. Open drywall exposing electrical wires in the hallways for months, poor upkeep and maintenance, gates worked for maybe a combined month of the 2 years we lived there, I’m not sure if a dirt lot passes as a dog park, and what ever happened to the nature trail that was advertised? Steer clear of this scam.

ALL GOOD, except for access/exits. Need to plan ahead, given narrow entrances and hidden exits. Improved US98/Parker Road intersection complete, but with additional residential units planned, traffic overwhelms this new community.

I visited this place a few days ago. Great apartment complex. The apartments are so clean. The pool and gym are spectacular. Office personnel have such a wonderful and bubbly attitude. I would recommend this place to couples and to people who are wanting the best of all amenities. Great location and fair pricing!
