    I've lived in these apartment's for two years and we've been having problems ever since. From pest control not coming every month but was getting charged putting free money in their pockets. From getting charged for electric for everyone in the apartment of light's outside I didn't use. I was getting sick back to back going to the doctor's. Respiratory issues on asthma pumps then I noticed mold . I reported that I'm allergic to mold and someone has to clean this. This wasn't ordinary mold it was black mold. The water heater was leaking under my neighbors apartment for the two years I've been there. Black mold was never cleaned and the heater was replaced. That didn't mean the job was done. I got sick again and rushed to the hospital because of the mold. I recorded and took many of pictures. Just in case they want to take this to court on why me and my husband left. My husband called 4 times and they said they would come. 4 damn months passed and I told my husband I'm not dying for something that they can handle. Yes, we left, Pictures will be put up soon. Slum lords. Update: We've called you guys multiple times and the situation on the water heater and mold. You always say the maintenance workers wasn't there, the maintenance workers were at the other arbor gates. I also have recordings on my phone talk to my husband. So please don't lie to cover yourself and the company up. All you had to do was do your job and not collecting a check. I wasn't going to let my hard working money place in someone hands who's not doing their part. Everything is documented because my husband told you all I needed help with a AC before twice. I'm talking about the window AC unit because the main one from the water heater was out as well. You better have your ducks in the row before coming at me. Oh I forgot, my doctor can clear up my records also about the mold.

    I have been begging for things to be fixed washer and dryer dont work at all, mold they painted over in my sons bathroom and now its mold again CALLED AND CALLED TILL I GAVE UP AFTER MONTHS OF BEGGING FOR FIXES the window flooded my apartment and they stated That they arent liable for my stuff that got wet never fixed it so i had to buy stuff to fix my window. WORST APARTMENT EVER MANAGEMENT DOESNT DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR THE PROBLEM. I get so frustrated my car flooded to the door because no drainage on so many occassions that i moved my car to the opposite side fartherest away from my apartment and my bedroom flooded multiple times too. Auto payment wasnt taken out properly and they charged 150.00 late fee and stated it was my fault for not noticing, dishwasher, freezer ice maker and hole in the walls not fixed still after asking multiple times of begging for repairs they state they will send someone out and never do. Everything is so outdated after it states fully renovated LUXURY apartments I would have never came to this apartment had i known about these issues snd the management is the absolute worse. The pictures they show are of the front office not the apartment. DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE THE MOLD IN THESE APARTMENTS ARE UNLIVABLE AND CAN POTENTIALLY HARM THEM AND YOU. I cant move cause i just became a single mother so i am stuck in this aweful place so please dont bring your families here you will regret it they arent worth $300.00 a month but charge almost 1500.00 for broken down apartments. Please heed what I say THEY DONT CARE AND WONT FIX A THING and I guareentee they will try and charge for everything after I leave. I am so tried of begging and have pictures and videos of a year of flooding, mold, and nonrepairs so if they try that I will jave evidence to the contrary. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.

    Arbor Gates - I Have had nothing but Quality Experience Relocating to Alabama, Mostly in Part of the Curtious, Professional and Timely Service I have Recieved from Operations. Janice H., Nykirah Q., and Tyler H. Have made the Move beyond Exceptional, They have gone Above and Beyond to Welcome Me to the Community. This is a Beautiful, Safe, Well Maintained Facility with Great Amenities, Good People, and I couldn't be Happier being a part of it. I Highly Recommend Joining this Community if Youre looking for Ease, Support and Security in Your Living Arrangement. *****

    I truly believe this is the worst managed apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Our dryer hardly worked for the first several months of living there, so we paid to have someone come diagnose our issue. After finding out that our dryer is fine and the issue had to be on the apartments side, it took the maintenance crew several visits to finally give up. A 3rd party came out and informed us that the ducts were not up to code and they removed a massive amount of lint that was blocking our air flow. This complex has a “strict” no smoking indoors policy, but if you make a complaint about smelling smoke of any kind within your apartment they won’t do anything about it. They’ll say something along the lines of “well we can’t just barge into someone’s place and accuse them.” Sure, I get that. All they’ll do is place notes on everyone’s door stating the policy and assume that solves the issue. We had a very squeaky living room fan, that we were informed upon moving in would be fixed, and it was never fixed even after making several maintenance requests. It took us several weeks to get outlets changed out that were not working. On top of that, there was a major mold issue. We never even bothered the complex with this one because by the time we learned of it, it was about time for us to leave anyway. Not our problem. On top of all that, Kellen the “manager”, so her title says, was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me several times. I always came to her with respect, but I was not treated the same. Any time I had an issue with what was going on around me, I could tell that I was being viewed as a nuisance to her. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s outdated, their renovations are just coverups on buildings that are decades out of code, they don’t enforce policies, and management is incompetent and rude. You’re better off paying extra and finding somewhere else to live.
