  It was awesome working with Sue! She answered LITERALLY every call I made to her it did not matter what was going on or when I called. She communicated clearly and did not blink at any challenge we faced. She is clearly an expert and anyone is lucky to have her on their team when going through the home buying or selling process.   Susan Coleman changed my view of realtors. Storytime: I had bought several houses with realtors and had some bad experiences. Lazy and entitled. Decided not to use them anymore. I needed to sell a couple of homes. Tried on my own. Didn’t have any bites. I talked to another realtor, they weren’t professional and took forever to respond. I called Susan. She was helpful, honest, hardworking and sold both of my houses within months. And got me top dollar! Professional and personal as well as prompt to resopond. Even on her days off. I would recommend her to anyone!
