  I dont have enough grateful words to heap upon the crew that manages this apartment complex. Takara and Emily in the office work so we'll together and very hard to keep the residents happy. They are always on point with making sure this place looks great and makes you feel happy to be here. Jason Gilbert who is in charge of the maintenance is more than awesome. Ive been here 6 years and have never had to wait to have issues fixed or even a helping hand. He always shows up in a great mood and is on top of everything. I appreciate these guys and feel comfortable saying Dothan farms, or whatever its called is a fantastic place to call home!

  I stopped by to tour and immediately fell in love with not only the property but the staff. Takara and Emily did an amazing job helping me with what i needed during the application process.

  I recently did a tour of Dothan Farms and was super impressed! My tour guide, Takara, was very knowledgeable, personable, and very kind. I could tell she genuinely cared and wanted to ensure that I got a good experience while touring this property. I toured both a one bedroom and a two bedroom unit, both of which were very spacious. I had lots of questions while touring, all of which Takara was able to answer with ease. I’m in the middle of apartment hunting and Dothan Farms is now at the top of my list!

  Toured here! It was beautiful. I really hoped I could stay here but my lease wasn’t up in time. My tour guide Takara was the BEST! She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Every question I had she promptly knew the answers and made me want to move here so much. She was definitely the true selling point for me.
