    Extremely high prices shop around! Reply: I got the exact same quote from another dealer for the exact same manufactured home with the exact options for 60k cheaper so no home prices don’t vary! Your ripping people off!

    A lot of people say buying a manufactured home is a straining process and just stressful, but our experience was definitely not that at all! We had Parker as our sales guy and we were pleased from the beginning to closing! He was super friendly, understanding and helpful when it came to deciding what house would be great for us! If we had any questions he was always able to give us an answer or if he didn’t know for sure on the answer he would find out for us. This whole process has been a breeze which we appreciate both, we are excited to be in our home.
