- CMCandace MannOct 29, 20254.0While our experience with the customer service and the lady we worked with was amazing. The home itself is only 2/ 2.5 years old and has so many issues and unfortunately they only had a 1 year warranty and then oh well. I had called multiple times with complaints of fixing the issues they always said they would reach out or call back never heard or seen of anyone. Just about every door panel has popped off or just broke in half. The front door is so uneven it leaks everytime it rains. The ceiling has cracks. The 2nd bath door does not “completely” shut all the way good and the bedroom door doesn’t line up so the top completely gaps from ceiling to door. The back sliding door has already stopped locking. I would definitely check ALL other mobile homes before ever purchasing a Clayton homes.
