I’ve been a resident here since 2024. Deanna and her team have been great. The property is well maintained and the neighbors have been friendly and considerate.

I’ve had the pleasure of living here for going on two years now. The office have always been professional and have helped me with anything I’ve needed. The maintenance staff there have been amazing. Any issues I’ve had have been fixed promptly to go along with the upkeep of the beautiful property. Time spent out at the pool is our favorite though. It’s always clean and refreshing. Between the residents, the office, and the maintenance staff this place has truly become like family to us and a place we call home.

Pretty unhappy with our unit having work orders dating back to our move in date (september) where our stuff rarely gets fixed. A majority of our orders have been on basic stuff like a coating for our tub (which has peeled 4 times now and currently unusable till they decide to fix their mess.) Edit: Bathtub people did a half-ass job and left a whole tile out and chipped more on the others while they worked. Only thing fixed as of now since then is my ceiling that had water damage prior to move in. Had a rude supervisor, Frank, who dismissed our first work order for a shelf falling through because "stuff was in the way" aka clothes ontop the dryer. And told us we would have to pay for a full carpet replacement on a entry way where the door is too low and has been ripping up the carpet, that i notified back again in september. There is other stuff as well, but while the complex is nice and appears nice, everything inside does not. Will change my review when they decide to fix my now 5+ months of back orders for basic repairs.

Never make the mistake of thinking your loyalty, years of on time payments, hardships or anything of the sort means ANYTHING to these people. Several years ago, we thought this place was a lifesaver. Paid rent bills everything was always on time never late. My mother has since been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s so she’s lived with me about 9 months now. We continued to pay through the lease and keep it up to date to do the right thing. The month before her last leased month, my mother got scammed so we paid rent late for the first time EVER. They were threatening collections less than a WEEK later. We paid it- of course. We approached the end of her lease and one of the office clerks had me thinking her rent went up from $1000 to $1700 because it covered the month to month spike along with the nine days she would be there in January. Well guess what, that wasn’t the truth at all there was still a 300 and some odd dollar remaining balance that they sent to collections after her apartment was left spotlessly clean. $300 to collections after years of loyalty? Rather than working with me. That should’ve been thrown out considering her position! Or you could’ve worked with us on that at minimum. I’ve already gotten sent to collections. Already. Again. Really? So yes, I am going to let everyone here that is looking into your apartment know that you do not care about hardships or loyalty or years. I have not even received the $150 security deposit back y’all could’ve just kept that and not charged because you know it was wrong. $461 we have to pay to a collection agency now after years of loyal payments, over $300. Please do not ever make the mistake of thinking these people care. They absolutely do not. You’re welcome for me not getting into how long we had to go with an inoperable toilet and obnoxious neighbors that you never talk to. I won’t get into how my 72 at the time year-old mother had to go two years without lightbulbs in her bedroom because maintenance doesn’t care I’m going to spare the rest because I think that $300 principal point is plenty for the public.

I apologize for not catching his name but he was absolutely wonderful. He was pleasant and efficient. He represents the company well. Thank you so much for expediting this work order. I really appreciate it.
