  THIS IS YOUR WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! From the moment we started our purchasing process there were so many red flags. From zero communications for months, to having to chase down people to get ahold of our case worker then to be told they randomly quit right before our move and someone was supposed to contact us but never did. We were supposed to get into our home in October of 2024 we didn’t get in until January of 2025 and our home wasn’t even finished! Floors weren’t done, house wasn’t sealed, siding, plumbing, NOTHING was done. I moved my family into a home that made us look like squatters.They barely checked the home properly that they left our “working fridge” tapped up never opened so there was ROTTING food in the fridge FILLING it with maggots. That was the only thing I didn’t have to argue and fight to get replaced. Their contract workers are a joke! Firstly someone used our master bathroom toilet, clogged it so bad with SHIT, we had to take a trash bag and pull toilet paper out to be able to fix it.They didn’t finish the electrical box and left wires hanging out and our water heater cover off. That’s an INSANE OSHA violation. Our AC unit wasn’t installed properly was filthy and had holes causing a water bubble to build up underneath the house. My dryer outlet doesn’t even work and was never even connected. Our plumbing wasn’t even finished even though we were told that it was so we used our bathtubs and come to find out all the water was just dropping down underneath the house. They kept sending people who ARENT licensed to do things because they have so many houses being worked on at one time instead of finishing them or hiring more/ better employees. They will do whatever to pinch Pennies to not fix things in your home even if it is their fault. There’s so much more I could say but I’ll spare you. Do not buy from this company!!!
