  Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever received. These people are trying their best NOT to rent these apartments out. I've been dealing with them for over 2 months now and I am still at step 1. Each time they make me use a new email address. I ran out of those. They have no concern to actually help me figure this out. They keep saying they haven't received my application, etc. Then took 8 minutes to give me the phone number to the owner. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Thank goodness I found this out now and didn't move in there to receive the world's worst service.

  The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I have lived here for almost a year now and it’s great. They are currently remodeling the outside of the buildings which should be done by July. They are over halfway done now I believe. My favorite part is my patio which backs up to some trees. I like watching the birds.

  This has been the worst experience I’ve had with an apartment community. I used to love living here, but the ongoing construction has made it unbearable. For the past two weeks, workers have been constantly knocking and drilling on the walls while we are at home. The noise is extremely disruptive and has even triggered migraines for me. I also gave birth just two weeks ago and currently have a newborn at home. I reached out to customer service to explain the situation and kindly asked if the reconstruction could be postponed or scheduled at a more reasonable time. Unfortunately, they showed no understanding or consideration for our situation. The lack of empathy and poor customer service during such a sensitive time has been very disappointing. One other thing is that these apartments Has lots of stink bugs specially around summer and spring . You have to kill around 20 30 bugs per day. This place is not a place for living even for 1 month . I also attached some pictures how dirty are outside corridors. They only care about charging you more and more and get money . This apartment is trap do not come here . I attached some of the pictures. And let me tell you , if they didn’t respect us while we were home and they did reconstruction, they wouldn’t respect their future residents too. Customer service is the most important thing which they do not have .

  Please carefully consider living here before making a decision. Management's priority appears to be maximizing profit, which unfortunately creates a disruptive and unpleasant living environment. Ongoing construction, coupled with a consistently dirty surroundings, makes it difficult to find restful sleep.

  I have lived in this apartment complex for over two years. During the first nine months, I would have rated it 5 out of 5 due to responsive and professional management. Unfortunately, the situation has steadily deteriorated since then. Worse and worse everyday Positive: Convenient location, with close proximity to stores such as Publix and Target. Negatives: Management: Management has become highly unresponsive and, at times, dismissive. Multiple attempts to contact the office often go unanswered. When responses are eventually provided, they are delayed and typically limited to brief statements such as, “We are sorry, but there is nothing we can do.” There appears to be little accountability or genuine concern for residents’ issues. Ongoing Construction During Occupancy: Major construction projects were initiated while tenants were actively living in the buildings. These were not minor or short-term repairs, but extensive renovations lasting approximately three months per building. Residents were subjected to continuous noise, dust, and disruption, significantly affecting daily life. It felt as though financial considerations were prioritized over tenant well-being. Cleanliness: The hallways are frequently dirty, with trash and animal waste present. Regular cleaning or washing of common areas appears to be neglected. This creates not only an unpleasant environment but also potential health concerns for residents, children, and pets. Noise Issues: Certain buildings are located very close to the highway, resulting in constant traffic noise that can disrupt sleep. Additionally, excessive noise from some residents and their vehicles is not adequately addressed by management. Pest Issues: The area appears to have a significant infestation of hornets and other foul-smelling insects. Due to the high volume and lack of effective pest control measures, these insects frequently enter apartments. Overall, the decline in management responsiveness, ongoing disruptions, and lack of proper maintenance have made living here increasingly frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend this complex based on my experience.
