  DO NOT MOVE HERE HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST 2 years and have seen it go down hill I consider a good tenant pay my bills make no noise nothing the few times I been late pay fee no problem because life happens but in March asked of this one late fee could be waived due to the passing of my mother and needed to get her accounts in order was told no because I had one waived during government shut down ( well excuse me for not getting a paycheck) they don’t pay their bills so trash piles up for weeks don’t pay the gas bill so no hot water at times forget to park for parking deck so you locked out even tho that includes rent. Acting apartment manger told me I should had said something when these things happen. When I brought it up when asking for late fee to be move when he said no about my mother. We can’t use the rooftop/ club house after 9pm when it use to be 247. If wanna go rooftop you have walk thru the dog area and up you don’t step in anything this place is trash management does not care about it’s residents at alll

  This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a rental property. I moved out over 10 MONTHS ago and have yet to receive my security deposit (approximately $1,200). Since then, I have made multiple calls and sent several emails, and every single time I’m told the same thing: that my check is “being processed” or “will be sent soon.” At this point, that excuse is no longer believable. There is absolutely no reasonable explanation for a delay of this length. It shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for former tenants. I am posting this publicly in hopes that it finally gets your attention and leads to the return of my money. I have been more than patient, but enough is enough. If this is not resolved, I will be moving forward with legal action to recover my money. Future renters should be very cautious before choosing to live here. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

  My son lives at The Frank. It’s a cute building that used to be an old bank. Very convenient to restaurants, bars, and more. The only downside is you can hear traffic at night. My son got used to it but when we visit I have to leave the tv on to drown it out.

  I loved the first few months of living here, however after the flood in my apartment from the complex's washer and dryer system (that was one of mulitple while i lived here) everything went downhill. Management changed, the building was disgusting and unruly residents costed us access to common rooms that we ALL pay outrageously for. Dog urine and feces contaminated the entire building. The parking deck was sometimes unusable, and valet trash was hardly ever taken out.

  Negative 500!!!! This complex is probably the worst complex in all of Birmingham. The front office is absolutely horrible. They don’t pay bills on time so you occasionally get locked out of the parking deck. If other residents don’t pickup after themselves, they will shut down the whole apartment complexes amenities, which isn’t fair. The valet trash sucks. Multiple apartments have flooded here because the washers disconnect from wifi. This place is too expensive in the heart of downtown to have so many problems. The only good thing about the place is the one maintenance man and the views. Otherwise… NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. Oh and almost forgot. After we moved out they charged me $150 for hanging up a TV. Ridiculous.
