  I lived in this apartment for two years and had a great experience. It’s new, clean, and feels very safe. The location is perfect for anyone working at UAB. Shelby and the team were always kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance.

  We stayed here at a VRBO for a weekend. The alley for free parking for check-in is really hard to find at first, no other complaints. We will definitely stay here again.

  I’ve been in this place for 14months. It was great living there. Apartment and units are so clean and modern. Manager is one if the best. To tell the truth, I’ve never had any problem in this apartment. Everything was good. If you are looking for a clean and cozy place to live and be close to UAB, don’t hesitate about this place☺️☺️☺️

  I moved into the Citizen a couple of months ago and it has been an excellent experience! Shelby, the manager, has been very helpful and responsive. Building issues are addressed promptly and the location is exactly what I was looking for in terms of proximity to UAB. The building is very nice and the apartments are well designed given the space. There is street noise as one would expect for living in a city, but it usually quiets down in the early evening. It has been a very positive experience!
