  I lived here from early 2023-feb of 2024. Rent was affordable, complex was quiet, and any questions I had they were answered quickly. The best thing about this place was the maintenance manager. He was very reliable, responsive, and extremely helpful. I moved due to wanting to live in a house instead of apartment. I would 100% live here again

  Homewood Heights is a great place to live in a great location right outside of downtown Birmingham. My 2 year stay at Homewood Heights was a very pleasurable one. The apartment manager, Josh, is the absolute best. Whenever there was a small issue, Josh and the maintenance crew was always professional and prompt to handle the situation. If you are looking for a quiet, yet centrally located place to stay, Homewood Heights is your place.
