- WIWilliam InabnetSep 6, 20251.0Maintenance department is incredibly unresponsive as is the front desk. Understaffed. It took 2 weeks to investigate suspected black mold noted upon move in (it was mildew but still alarming). Next, the bathroom sink is clogged - 1 week later, no response or assistance. Unresponsive to multiple calls. The financial payment system is NOT user friendly. Would avoid this apartment conplex.

Ky gave me my tour and did an excellent job. She was kind, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions clearly. The process was smooth and completely stress free, and I left feeling confident and excited about the community. I highly recommend Wild Forest Apartments to anyone looking for a new home!
