  The new Office Manager, Michelle, has really helped and went beyond my expectations when an issue arose. I've lived here 2 years and this manager has been the best at getting things done.

  My name is Renee I traveled from Ohio because I’m moving to Birmingham Alabama I searched everywhere and I found Ridley apartments the property manager was awesome made me feel welcome I felt at home already so I will be moving to the Ridley but only because of the property manager made me feel comfortable and secured

  These apartments were formerly known as The Park at Rocky Ridge, and unfortunately, my experience since the new management took over has been disappointing. I've had unresolved issues in my unit that have taken far too long to address. When I followed up, I was informed that the staff was short-handed and they would get to it as soon as possible. I leave several messages and do not received any response. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with ongoing problems and experience a clear lack of follow-up from both management and staff. The trash piles up high at the trash compactor and looks horrific on the weekends. I can barely drive up to drop off my trash. It is a huge eyesore for apartments advertising as luxury apartments.

  I toured the property with Para. She is very knowledgeable, nice and very professional. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. If I had property here in the area I would definitely hire her to work with. You don’t find people who have great customer service these days. The apartment that I walked thru was nice also.

  Very unprofessional I’m a first time renter and they were NOT helpful at all very mis informative they make it seem like credit isn’t a issue but evidently it is I don’t recommend this place to anyone the lady Karen needs to be fired immediately!
