Pretty apartments..Great location. But where my apt is located it can be loud with the street racing. I'm annoyed that we have to pay extra for the peleton and rowing machine. It's like a waste but that's me. Not sure what's going on but some of the tenants are nasty..by that I mean someone vomited in the elevator over the weekend (a few months ago) and didn't clean it. Someone left dog poop at the elevator and the parking deck. The parking deck entrance looks a mess sometime in the hallway. Not sure what they can do about it.. but the mgt is usually responsive.

The building looks nice, the apartments are modern and well-finished, and the amenities are solid. That said, none of it matters because the place is disgusting. Every single time I visit my friend here, there is dog feces and urine in the hallways and outside the elevators. It’s nasty and completely unacceptable for a building that calls itself “luxury.” My friend has contacted management over and over again, but nothing changes. Clearly management either doesn’t care or isn’t enforcing the rules. Until they get serious about cleaning and holding residents accountable, this place is not worth the rent they’re charging.

I lived here for a 12 month lease, and this is my take on the place..... The actual building is beautiful and has a lot of history to it, the rooms are pretty updated and the amenities are passable. However, for the price you pay it did not seem worth it. The management charge hefty late fees and made me jump through loops just to pay my rent. There was a period of around 2 months where the website was down and the management requested we pay with a money order. This money order cost around $7 to get from a bank, when I asked for the management to reimburse me for this sense it was their fault the website was down, they basically just laughed at me. The worst part of this whole experience is the management.... They were always very friendly to me in person but never seemed to actually try to help you when it mattered most. It took me around 3.5 months of calling and fighting to get my initial deposit back. Which I know others have also struggled with too. All in all the building is nice and the rooms are livable, but this does not out weigh the poor management and being treated like a cash cow rather than a resident. Just being honest🤷🏻‍♂️
