  The Dynamic Funding Tour was an amazing experience! Whether you attend events often or this is your first time, you can always expect to leave the room with a gem — a contractor, lender, inspector, or valuable connection. As the Denmarks say, “There is magic in the room!” And believe me, it’s real! As an active member and investor, I’ve learned or heard much of the information shared before, but I continue to attend because there is always a nugget, a deeper understanding, or a fresh perspective on a topic. That’s the power of being in the room. Antonio and Ash, keep spreading the investment opportunities! As I sat there yesterday, my wheels were turning. I found a way to fund my next deal, and the idea came directly from being in that space with you all. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and creating such an impactful environment!
