To tell the truth, I’ve never had any problem in this apartment. Everything was good. If you are looking for a clean and cozy place to live and be close to UAB, don’t hesitate about this place☺️☺️☺️

Building issues are addressed promptly and the location is exactly what I was looking for in terms of proximity to UAB. The building is very nice and the apartments are well designed given the space. There is street noise as one would expect for living in a city, but it usually quiets down in the early evening. It has been a very positive experience!

Moved my girlfriend in Friday, and have repeatedly tried to get in contact with the property manager for the WiFi password (given on move in day in every other apartment I’m aware of). No calls were returned (mine or my girlfriend’s). Other than that, pretty nice apartment.
