The finishes were modern and well-done, the layouts were thoughtfully designed, and the views were incredible. The amenities truly elevated the experience and made it feel like home rather than just an apartment. I genuinely enjoyed my time living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained, beautiful community in Birmingham.

My only complaint is how the rent went up, but that isnt a reflection on management, that is set by owners. Everyone in the office is extremely helpful, willing to help out, and makes sure your needs are supplied. Maintenance is quick to respond as well. The property is so pretty. Thank you all.

I’m currently residing and my current experience is HIGHLY unacceptable. Update: Flagging my review because you can’t “find” me in your system is absurd. You really think people can speak freely about your property without getting targeted for their honesty? I stand on what I said. I want to speak with someone other than the two people I mentioned above. Flagging this comment for removal doesn’t stop more from coming. This needs to be brought to corporate’s attention. You guys want to silence the people who complain and you think by giving us your office number to express our concern and only deny us the proper resolution we deserve is okay? it’s not.
