- KKKrzysztof KunkaDec 19, 20255.0As someone who lived here for over 2 years since the opening. The staff here is absolutely the best, Sharon is very kind and always helpful and super communicative. Larry, the director of facilities does an amazing job with his maintenance team and are very responsive. The amenities here are awesome, and the view you can’t get anywhere else in Birmingham. Yes there were struggles in the very beginning but it was to be expected. This place has come a long way since the beginning and it will only continue to get better.
- JEJacob EllisOct 28, 20251.0Apartments are nice. Great view and modern look. Elevators seem dangerous and stop working constantly. I’ve personally been stuck in an elevator multiple times and have also had them move with the doors still open and have heard similar incidents from other residents. I've been told that this should improve soon but as of now it remains an issue. Parking can be a hassle, you are allowed one vehicle and you cannot park in the deck if you are driving a different vehicle. The elevators in the parking deck do not work as well. UPDATE Dec 2025: Elevators are still a problem, one of them has started closing its doors very fast and I’ve seen it slam closed onto a person as they were entering the elevator. They still seem unsafe and go down regularly. I was told they should improve but have seen little improvement.

The property is extremely clean and well-kept, with plenty of impressive amenities. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining both the community and the resident experience. The Amenities are the best in the city and tbh the most I’ve ever seen. Who has a full on movie theater and basically a commercial gym with personal trainer??? Who else just The 600 lol.
