- VPVictoria PuckettJan 19, 20261.0Apartments and amenities are great. Elevators are awful. Always getting stuck or stopping between floors. My son has gotten stuck several times and almost had the door slam on him. Told by management it’s not a safety issue. 🤨Right. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!
- GGGrayJan 17, 20262.0The 600 has the potential to be the best property in Birmingham, but it's not quite there yet. The apartments and amenities are stunning. Since new management took over it's been declining.. fast! The lobby is massive but empty. Some residents fail to pick up their dog poop. And it's just a major disappointment overall. There is an obvious disconnect amongst the team and it's sad because the building was once so festive. Michael did a fantastic job of building this place up but whoever the new property manager is clearly has no idea of what he/she is doing.
- KKKrzysztof KunkaDec 19, 20255.0As someone who lived here for over 2 years since the opening. The staff here is absolutely the best, Sharon is very kind and always helpful and super communicative. Larry, the director of facilities does an amazing job with his maintenance team and are very responsive. The amenities here are awesome, and the view you can’t get anywhere else in Birmingham. Yes there were struggles in the very beginning but it was to be expected. This place has come a long way since the beginning and it will only continue to get better.
- JEJacob EllisOct 28, 20251.0Apartments are nice. Great view and modern look. Elevators seem dangerous and stop working constantly. I’ve personally been stuck in an elevator multiple times and have also had them move with the doors still open and have heard similar incidents from other residents. I've been told that this should improve soon but as of now it remains an issue. Parking can be a hassle, you are allowed one vehicle and you cannot park in the deck if you are driving a different vehicle. The elevators in the parking deck do not work as well. UPDATE Dec 2025: Elevators are still a problem, one of them has started closing its doors very fast and I’ve seen it slam closed onto a person as they were entering the elevator. They still seem unsafe and go down regularly. I was told they should improve but have seen little improvement.
