- LCLexus CatlinDec 8, 20251.0Spring Lake Cove is honestly one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever dealt with. The staff has terrible attitudes and zero professionalism. They talk to residents any kind of way and act like you’re bothering them when you ask simple questions. The apartments themselves are falling apart. Nothing is in the “cute” condition they advertise—everything is outdated, poorly maintained, and constantly breaking. The onsite laundry has been down forever and never gets fixed. They also NEVER inform residents when major issues come up. They’ll turn the water off for hours—sometimes all day—and won’t bother to send out a notice or update. You’re just left stuck with no explanation. Save your money and your sanity. Spring Lake Cove is not worth it.
