- EOElizabeth OvertonDec 4, 20251.0THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!! I lived in a Progress home for 2 years. Upon move out they saddled me with over $2,000 worth of move out charges. From normal wear and tear (painting $600). As well as things that were already broken when I moved in. BE VERY CAREFUL. The biggest tell is that while they do have a customer care line there is no direct way to speak with a property manager or account manager. They both ONLY operate through email. Another issue I feel needs warning is that no one does a walkthrough during move in or move out. But they did have humans call me 3-4 times after notifying them I was moving out asking if there is anything they can do to make me renew. Probably because they knew there would be a hefty price to pay to move out. Be wary and do your research before renting with them. I never missed a rent payment. On top of all of this I also received a notice from the Conservice company that Progress did not credit my account properly after having paid final charges back in October. These people are not local and will take advantage of you if you let them. I highly suggest finding a different leasing company if you are considering renting with them. They clearly pay people to write them good reviews. The maintenance people had always been wonderful but unfortunately this does not balance out for the egregious miscarriage of justice going on here.
