- MKMelissa KingJan 7, 20231.0Do not trust PNC with any aspect of your finances. I was literally told by a customer service agent that they don't have the manpower to properly monitor whether or not a customer is being double charged. PNC is the most inept, greed-driven, uncaring mortgage company I've ever dealt with. God help you if your loan is ever sold to PNC. They double withdrew my mortgage payment several times during Fall 2022. When I addressed and reported the unauthorized charges, I was further charged with non-sufficient funds fees because I forced them to give the unauthorized charges back to me. For ordinary people, this is theft. When lenders steal, it's just banking.
