- KMKatie Mcgaughey6 days ago1.0I had a very rough living experience at Inverness cliffs. The first 6 months living there were fine, under Adams leadership. However, the new manager, Shelby, is beyond unprofessional and uncaring. After having several issues, I chose to speak with Shelby. During this conversation, Shelby agreed to reduce the rent due to the plethora of issues I was having living there. Unfortunately, I didn’t get that in writing so it never occurred….. not to mention the group of vagrant drunks they can’t run off that may or may not not live at the pool. Just imagine…. Paying a high price for the following; lazy maint team, unhelpful management, gunshots when the gate is down, wild drunks at pool stealing TP, and a blink door bell camera being broken off your front porch. I am so glad I moved away from this place!
- CCCDec 1, 20251.0Took my money for app fees and my 250 gave me the run around and told me i couldn't get the place for a bogus reason..It took about 2 weeks to get that answer from them. I only got that because i called them...The funny acting started after the showing and they seen i was black..Talk to another black person who said they were done the exact same way by this place a while ago. They Didn't communicate at all with me on my app. I had to call them to get updates no emails or anything..They made it very hard for me...Was very unprofessional i pray no one ever get treated like that again...It was horrible. I am calling corporate..... Got approved somewhere else right up the road from them thank God.....Go there at your own risk.....
