    do not live here. dirty building . Mold in units. Leasing office is rude and no help. Will try to charge you for every single thing they can when you move out .

    I love living at Foundry Yards. The property manager Lauren and her staff are always super helpful and accommodating. I regularly speak with Aubrey and she’s always so friendly. They often host resident events that give the place a sense of community. And the best part is that we live in front of a bar and just a 2 minute walk from the prettiest park in the city.
