- KBKaren BarkerFeb 2, 20231.0if i could no stars i would , toilet has not been working for three months. Asked for maintenance no where to be found . Representatives do not help and constantly giving you the run around . Also made a request for minor fixes that's offered in resident portal still have not gotten light switches , electrical issues , or windows fix. The location is great but continuously need maintenance and electrical support , and probably will never see them in this life time .

The management company is a joke, they do not complete work orders, or even answer your questions. Our cars have been vandalized, everything in the apartment was broken when we moved in. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. 1 star is being generous for this place, an absolute nightmare.

It’s now been a month and all they can tell me is “We will send a message to management and give you a call back” I am reporting them to the BBB. I have called multiple times and they refuse to deny or approve my application. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN, DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!
