  I will delete this review if they make this right in the a timely fashion, but I have had a bad experience in dealing with this company. I am trying to do a landscaping project for a resident of one of their communities, we submitted a drawing for approval about 5 weeks ago. It has already been approved by the city, and we just need HOA approval to begin work. We have been checking in weekly to see what the status of it is, and have just been told “oh, we haven’t heard back from the board yet”. Earlier this week, after the 4 week mark that is supposed to be the maximum it should take had passed, I was told that the drawing we submitted was too large of a file, and the email had never actually been sent to the zoning board because of this. In this situation, I would expect them to get this resolved right away, but they’re telling me that it could still take up to 28 days from when the board receives it to be approved. The fact that it was never sent to the board in the first place should have been noticed a long time ago when we followed up with them, and not 4 weeks later.

  If i could leave zero stars i would. This company is a prime example of why people hate HOA's so much.

  This company is absolutely horrible, communication is terrible. They will not contact you until they can assess a late fee and then when you combat the late fee due to never receiving any kind of notice. They will just ignore you until they can assess a late fee and lien your house with zero notification. A joke of a company. If they are your home owners association when purchasing a house I suggest you run the other direction and not purchase that property. You’ll be paying your house payment in late fees shortly after you move in

  Mayra has been the best!! The quick responses and helping me as an individual instead of just another tenant has been what makes her stand out. So thankful to have her as I am a first time owner and there are so many learning curves!

  We just started using their service. The Town Square website they use is awful, and they like to hang up on you when you call the office. Not a great start. Maybe it will get better?
