  Can never get anyone to answer the office phone. I did an application after my tour and was accepted. I was “ misinformed” during the tour even though I had specifically asked her about the pricing and how fast i was trying to move and she reassured me the fees to move in , the deposit , and let me know she could have me something ready asap since they had multiple units ready. Fast forward to me giving my deposit another worker informed me it was an extra payment (that i had specifically asked about before hand because this isnt my first process) then also said they didnt have anything ready until the appliances were ordered for there units. Which I understand the pricing and the time needed for apartment complexes to get an apartment ready for you. But I had specifically asked about all of these things and informed them on what I needed during my tour, and if they couldn’t accommodate that then I can understand but I should have been told that. Instead I applied because of what I was told on my tour and the leasing team tried to make it seem like it was my fault. So I just asked for a refund because I didn’t like the lies and miscommunication from the staff and since i never moved in but I did my deposit already. That was in November. January is almost over and I have yet to receive my refund for my deposit.

  I have been here for 3 years and I am enjoying my time here! Keara and Kmya are great . Kelvin and the Maintence are very fast at getting everything right.

  The place is under new management, since then everything is amazing. Maintained very well, the parking lot was also repaved. Community management takes care of business, they’re very attentive and keep things running smoothly. We love K’Mya and Keara, they’re always so helpful whenever there may be any kind of issue.
