    I have been here for 3 years and I am enjoying my time here! Keara and Kmya are great . Kelvin and the Maintence are very fast at getting everything right.

    The place is under new management, since then everything is amazing. Maintained very well, the parking lot was also repaved. Community management takes care of business, they’re very attentive and keep things running smoothly. We love K’Mya and Keara, they’re always so helpful whenever there may be any kind of issue.

    Moved her 10/17/25 was told by K’Mya they were ordering me new appliances. Shortly after she reached out and informed me they did not approve the new appliances and that I would have mix matched (yellow, black) I agreed, there was nothing left for me to do! On 10/19 I realized the oven did not work. I emailed the leasing agent and informed her as well as put it on the move in conditions form. I have since put in 3 maintenance request & sent several emails and here we are the week before Thanksgiving and I do not have a working stove. Was told by maintenance they had a stove for me and then the leasing agent tells me this morning they are ordering parts. This is beyond unacceptable and frustrating. I offered to purchase a stove myself if they give me credit on my rent but she did not ok that. I am stuck between a rock & a hard plate. I will be contacting corporate today hopefully they handle things better.

    The worst leasing team I have experienced. Disappointing communication, I had to remind them that I made an application. Only for them to respond asking for income verification which I did 3times. They were so Quick to ask me if they can cancel my application. So frustrating.
