  If I could leave this place a zero star review I would. I’m going to start with the most recent problem. Over the past few months my roommate and I have noticed roaches in our apartment. We put in a maintenance request and it wasn’t until 2 weeks after this request had been put in that we emailed the office and then 2 weeks after that, pest control finally came. Pest control also came not on their scheduled day. And I work night shift so I stayed up all day the day they were supposed to come waiting on them, but they never showed. Then pest control came and woke me up during the day when they came and sprayed. Pest control has come twice and we are still seeing roaches. The nasty little ones. Pest control came again and nobody warned us or told us that they would be entering into our apartment. We keep our apartment clean so we think they’re coming in through the walls, which means there’s an infestation in the walls. We asked to terminate our lease early due to the roach infestation that is not being fixed by pest control. All they could offer us was to pay $2000 fee on TOP of our rent and for pest control to come again. All to move out 3 months early. When we first moved in one of the window panels in the second bedroom was completely missing. Leaving the room completely open to the elements, bugs, and whatever else could find its way in. When we first moved in we heard gunshots and saw the man shooting the gun walk back into his apartment. There are kids running around this complex and this is extremely dangerous. If they show you the model apartment it looks NOTHING like the actual apartment. The actual apartment looks like a dump, while the model apartment is new and renovated. The ceiling was falling in, which was “fixed” aka they patched over and I could’ve done a better job. There was dried paint running down the walls. And there is a hole in the floor that has been covered up by Amazon quality peel and stick flooring. When we first moved in my closet fell off the wall, yes literally fell off the wall. And it took maintenance over 2 months to come fix this issue. This was after we waited 2 weeks and then put in another maintenance request, went into the office and spoke to them in person, and a couple weeks after that we had to email the office to get this fixed. MAKE SURE YOU EMAIL THEM AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They came to update our cabinets and fixed about 1/3 of them and just left. So we have had some new cabinets and some old cabinets for 9 months. We have contacted the office several times to get this fixed and nobody ever came to finish the job they started. ALL of the amenities are closed except during the summer, this includes the gym. The last several times I have tried to get into the gym it has been locked. You can’t lay out beside the pool (I have never lived somewhere that closed beside the pool) and you can’t use the grills because they close the entirety of the pool. We pay for these amenities and they close them all off to where we can’t access them. When we moved in there were socks and clothes in the dishwasher which smelled like a carcass. Sorry, no better way to describe the smell emitting from the dishwasher. There are children running loose with no parental supervision all the time. These children are rude and will say nasty things to you just to get what they want out of you. I don’t give in because I am a teacher so I get kids who act like this just need attention. I lost my cat about 3 months after we moved in and when I put up flyers people were calling me trying to say they had my cat and would give him to me AFTER I cash apped them money. Some people even made Ai photos of my cat to try and say they had him. Some people would call and cuss me out. Some people would just be prank calling me. If this gives you any idea of clientele here. Cars come in and out of this apartment at all hours (specifically 4-5 am) revving their engines and waking people up and blasting their music. Not a quiet place to live at all. Management is constantly changing.

  The management team we have now horrible one of lady's are very rude and nonchalant and maintenance team very unprofessional and lazy don't recommend to move over here

  Love it here Victoria is super nice they even have a home gym, which makes it easier for me on lazy days lol . She did a big Easter egg hunt for the kids and I noticed she’s throwing a pool party here soon .

  DO NOT RENT FROM THEM ! Very unprofessional and bad attitudes! Had my application in for 3 weeks just to deny me and take my money for no reason . Tried to move me into a unit that wasn’t ready . Bad bugs and very messy . Broken down and over priced ! They don’t care about residents . Only taking their money !!! Do not rent from here cars get broken into and everything! Very ghetto place !
