If you want to pay for 2x the power and 4x the water you'd be paying for at a rental house, look no farther. Arbors has some of the most expensive utility bills I've ever dealt with. The insulation around windows and doors is so bad or nonexistent that heating/air go right out. Power bill regularly ran $180-200 for ~1200 ft². At my current home, I haven't had a bill over $90 for 3000 ft².
My water bill was regularly $180-200 at Arbors. When I asked leasing staff for a breakdown of my submeter readings to check my usage, I never received a response. Not even something that gave a reason why they couldn't (or wouldn't) provide it - just crickets. At my current home, I haven't paid above $45 for water.
They'll overcharge at move-out for "damage" that was simply the 16 layers of paint they put on their cabinets flaking off when you clean them. It's one of those complexes that looks nice until you've been there more than a month and start seeing all the issues... or your utility bills.
I just absolutely love this apartment complex. Friendly neighbors, amazing staff including Noah the leasing agent/manager who was extremely helpful when getting our apartment. Everytime people come over they love this complex and the interior. I have recommended this place to many people. I really have zero complaints. We have met a lot of really nice people who live here.
100% recommend for couples in there 20s
Please get rid of the garages and make them more parking spots! there needs to be more parking spaces!!!! Love the apartments but definitely not enough parking spots!

My roommates and I have had the best experience with Arbors. They have always been immensely quick to respond to maintenance requests, trash is always picked up quickly, no pest problems, and overall just a safe and convenient location! The walls are kind of thin but it is an apartment 🤷♀️. Overall, we have had a great experience with property management.

We lived at this apartment complex for 4 years and our experience was extremely poor from start to finish. While we paid all our dues — including a broken lease fee when we moved to another state — the management still sent us a large bill claiming damages for very minor normal wear and tear (small paint scuffs on walls, tiny scratches on the front door, slight marks on the patio door handle, and a small spot where dryer wall paint came off). None of these were significant issues, yet they charged us as if they were major damage.
If i have a minus star choice i would have choose it, if you want to spend you money on these people live here, i lived way too many apartments and that was the worst one ever
During our time there:
• Our AC broke and was not fixed for THREE MONTHS after repeated maintenance requests.
• We submitted maintenance orders constantly, and most of the time no one ever showed up, and if they did it was months later.
• A large mirror in the bathroom fell and shattered in the middle of the night — this was extremely dangerous and could have seriously injured someone. We reported it immediately, and instead of addressing safety, they tried to make us pay for it and blamed us, even though it was clearly a fixture failure and they had no evidence we caused it.
• The stove was broken for over a year, and after repeatedly asking for repair or replacement, management refused and told us to buy our own replacement and leave it when we moved out. Then they accused us of “abusing” it because they said we cooked for a business — which is completely false (we are a normal household, not a food business).
Overall, communication was terrible, maintenance was nonexistent, and management repeatedly blamed tenants for issues that were their responsibility or normal wear. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
