I have been there for Thankgiving events, birthdays, and just to hangout and everytime has been better than the last. From updated units and amenities, to a safe feeling enviornment, and a luxurious pool the Grove is state-of-the art living in the Auburn area and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
- CPClarissa paneMar 16, 20261.0I live in a 3x3 for like $900 a month I for sure have mold and they claimed it’s rust. I’m always sick, we’ve gotten our water turned off bc they didn’t bother to fix leaking pipes and they withhold packages for some sketchy reason. Can’t wait to move out!

He likes that it has 2 tiger transit stops which is super convenient. It is also a short walk to campus. The employees are super nice and helpful as well!

The price compared to the location and how close it is to campus is the best in the city. It is great walking distance to downtown Auburn as well. The only issue I have had is the maintenance with the older units, though the grove is putting great effort to improve their property and the apartment complex itself. Overall a great stay and would recommend to any prospective resident.
