After hiring a different contractor I find out that the one Clayton uses to install is garbage and they don't warranty contracted work nor will they help me pay for these damages . I recommend hiring your own contractor and don't ever let them send a contractor named Kip McBride to your property. He installed the cheapest septic tank that fails just after warranty expires not to mention the electrical issues with a two rank pumping system is a nightmare. Never let them install one in your yard. Fight for a normal septic tank with no pump!

I would recommend her to anyone and she’s really a 10 star outta 5. Helped me find the best option even if it wasn’t a mortgage company they were used to dealing with. If ur your looking for a new home and don’t have much experience she will make it easy and actually try to find u the best deal and she will be honest as well. Clayton homes are lucky to have her.
