However the landlords never respond to your calls and when they do they often hang up on you saying they’ll call back, but never do. We have been in this apartment for about 3 months asking for our storage room and mailbox key and still haven’t gotten it.

It takes a minute to hear back from them via email, but every time we called them, they answered immediately or called us back if they missed our call and were readily able to answer our questions! We love how close we are to stores, shops, and restaurants, as well as the online portal to pay rent and utilities. Thank you ReNew!
