  Such a terrible company (redtail investments) are based out of Texas and Cali. They treat Alaskan issues such as having heat and hot water as trivial things you dont really need. Our heat was out for over 3 months an sparactically go out after as well. Our hot water spratically works. We submitted several emergency work orders because it affected our whole building and others were afraid of retaliation for good reason. They gave us a thirty days notice because we called to much about maintennace issues. That is what they said over the phone. We have been tenants for 6.5 years and pay our rent on time. Although the time THEY take to process our payments always makes them gives us unwarranted late fees. This is the MOST incompetent managment I have ever lived under. I hope one day they can no longer operate in Alaska. They are slum lords at all of there properties not just ours.

  Love the apartments and great atmosphere. Been there when I have visited Anchorage and I would recommend everyone to stay there. This apartment complex is beautiful and spacious. They also have great prices which I looked online because I'm just nosy and love to compare prices to where I live to others 😂. They are very professional and I got to know one of the co-workers there who greeted me Mr. Faaufiaula was a very kind and nice man who showed me utmost respect. If you are looking for somewhere to stay. This is definitely the spot 10/10 Highly Recommend 😁💪🏿

  Management is very nice! Neighbors are nice aswell! Overall great place to say and very neighborhood friendly. Maintenance is maintained and well kept. It’s also very secured, due to the fact of security being placed around, which is also very reassuring especially with what kind of neighborhoods we have herein anchorage Alaska.

  I’ve had nothing but positive experiences living here. The property is well cared for and maintenance is always prompt. The neighborhood is calm, safe, and conveniently located near everything I need. I truly enjoy coming home every day. One of the best apartments I’ve lived in!

  I was recently evicted from Romig Court Apartments. For over a year we couldn't use the kitchen sink because it would just drain into the cabinet under the sink, even after they "fixed it" it still leaked so we had to wash our dishes in the bathtub. The bathroom sink too about a day or so to drain depending on how much water was in it. Also we had a whole countertop with drawers that wasn't attached to the wall so the drawers wouldn't stay closed. Then they told me if I left voluntarily I could make an appointment to get ALL of mine and my kids belongings but everytime I call I got the machine except once on a Saturday and I was told by the person that answered that they weren't open on Saturday's, then why was he in the office answering the phone. They never returned any of my calls. Then I was told by my upstairs neighbor from there that ALL our belongings were thrown away. The management that was there when I moved in were way better than the guys running it now. I had to give them at least 1 star but if I could give Romig Court Apartments and Red Tail Residential negative stars I would. They threw my entire life away without giving me the chance to get our stuff. Oh one last thing almost the entire time I lived there the heat was broken and when it is working they shut the heat off in the summer but still charge residents for heat over those months. There's always some pipe under the buildings that's broken or leaking so there's regularly no heat.
