- BRBailey RoeNov 4, 20251.0Management is awful. Extremely unsafe. We got assaulted by a gang that resides in our complex when we were trying to park our car. We have been trying to contact someone about the incident for days now. Nobody will contact us back. Awful company. Do yourself a favor and DONT MOVE HERE unless you want to be assaulted with thousands of dollars in medical bills. We feel extremely unsafe.

But ever since Romig Court was bought from All Star Realty by “Red Tail Residential” everything has gone down hill so quickly. I have lived at this location for almost 8 years, in July it will be 8. Contacting the management is nearly impossible. We were told over a year ago to place the money orders for rent in the Mail Drop box and now we are being accused of not paying our rent. I was afraid this could happen when we were instructed to do this so I had to record myself put the money order envelopes in the drop box. I have done so for over a year. Almost a week ago we received an eviction notice on our door and since then I have tried to contact the management office. The only way to contact the office is to call the emergency maintenance line and you are told every time that they will relay the message. I have called 5 times and no one has yet to get back to us. The month prior they told us we were behind only 500 in rent which makes no sense because all 3 money orders were together. Now, apparently we just “didn’t pay” all together. We have had many other issues with our apartment and in the past contacting anyone is nearly impossible.Our toilet was out of order for over a week before anyone came to fix it. We are immensely worried because we feel they can just throw us out the curb at any point and we paid them our rent. Our upcoming rent payment is coming up and I’m hesitant on how to even pay that if they are just going to accuse us of bailing out on them. I feel like there could be someone pocketing money internally. Like I have said before, I record myself drop the money in the drop box, and keep the money orders every time. The new management legitimately scares me.
