  A friend of mine moved in less than a year ago and has had one of the worst renting experiences. They neglect many safety concerns and have terrible customer service. I have heard many horror stories about this place and wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole.

  They increased the rent by $500 when my renewal came up. They say that prices aligned with the current market rate however it just seems like greed and don’t care about their tenants.

  As you have probably already read, this place is not suitable to rent. I will try to keep this review as short as possible, although there are many things I could say. 1. The rent is not worth it. 2. They remove the snow several days after it has snowed, when it is already impossible to walk. 3. Everything is done late. I moved in May 2025, and as of January 2026 they still have not fixed my dishwasher, which broke in June 2025. Along with that, my refrigerator also broke at the same time, and we spent almost a month without a refrigerator or food because they never provided a replacement on time. 4. During the first days living here, there was no hot water. Once again, we had to call maintenance about 10 times before it was fixed. 5. The house was NOT clean or ready to be handed over, even after they changed our move-in date twice. I hope these reasons are enough for you to not consider this place as an option to live. The rent is very expensive, the place is not worth it, and they do not prioritize you when you have maintenance issues.

  Do not rent here. Price was increased by $500 for a 2 bedroom, not counting the $10 insurance fee, sewer, water and trash, electricity and heat. Management does not care about clients concerns, promises are not kept, communication is not there.

  Update 02/27 I was finally able to get a deposit return check, which was mailed to my old address from which we moved out back in December, although I did provide a new address to the property manager. Their customer service is lacking, the manager says one thing, and does not follow through. The place looks run down. Update 02/09 I was able to finally get a hold of a gentleman at the office by phone. I asked where my security deposit is, he said it was sent to me by mail to my old address (apartment that we moved out from on December 31st) although I clearly wrote down my new address and was expecting it to be sent there. He told me I will not get my late fee refunded although it was their office error and Pearl at the office said on 12/31 that She Will give me a $100 refund. Also, he mentioned I had additional fees, and he did not tell me the total amount of security deposit that I was supposed to receive. At the end he said he will check with Pearl and will call me back, he HUNG UP on me and when I called back again, I was not able to get through. This is the CUSTOMER SERVICE that they provide here. I think the reviews speak for themselves! Update 1/26 Still unable to get a hold of anyone at the office. I’ve called multiple times, tried to get a hold of the office or at least maintenance, no response. This is unacceptable. Update 01/23 After moving out on December 31st, I was told that I will get my deposit check back. I called every week and was told that “next week it will be ready, give me time”. I called a week ago again, and Pearl told me “come in on Wednesday, 21st, you can pick it up at the office” On Wednesday I called, nobody answered, I drove to the office at 2 PM, nobody was there, and the doors were locked. I would like to get my deposit check back! Awful customer service, does not respond to issues, says will speak to manager and never follows up, later for the tenant to find out the management did not handle the issue and was untruthful stating that everything was taken care of. Price increase of $500 for 2 bedroom apartment. It’s not worth to pay over $2200 and additional fees for a small apartment with poor management. Read the recent reviews. There are better options in the area!
