    Not a tenant but a neighbor to one of their properties at E 73rd Ave in Anchorage. Don’t call complaining about tenants or neighbors hoping for issues to be resolved because nothing will be done about it. After calling and emailing about trash left outside FOR A MONTH by a tenant that has moved out, they claimed that someone would be out to take care of it. It’s still there and now has become an even bigger problem than it was the first time I contacted them. Take care of your properties and actually listen to complaints. Nothing but negative things to say about this company. If you’re a possible tenant, just go look somewhere else.

    I felt bad for the person that rented from them. He was given the wrong key for entry to his rental and it was in a very rough area of town.
