- KKKyle KubaskaOct 30, 20251.0I went in to view an apartment, got taken to see it by a maintenance guy. Really nice guy, but being handed off by the office staff like that should've been the first red flag. I still applied. Online. Paid $285 for the application fee and a hold on the unit. 1 week goes by. I hear zero. All I get are email after email after email from the group processing the application. Nothing from the complex. I had to use the site to ask them to stop emailing me so much. Heard nothing for another week. Called a couple times and got no return calls. I decided to withdrawal my application. Now I gotta wait who knows how long to get my hold fee back.... if you appreciate good service and easy to deal with office staff, don't go here. This rating does not include maintenance staff. They're cool. Office lady always sounded annoyed when I actually got her on the phone. Just a headache all around.... still waiting on that refund.... going on a week... **** Over a week now, still have not received my money back. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!!
