- KKKyaraOct 7, 20241.0I'd give this place a zero star if I could. They sooo badly want to clean this place up and set a bunch of rules but they break promises that they make and continue to charge and raise prices for services that we aren't even getting and it's literally the ghetto.
- DGDarrick GeeMar 8, 20213.0I have just moved in I do see improvments to the park but there are alot of yards that are crampacked with garbage or just not maintained as time goes I see things getting better they have helped me out numerous times with problems sence I moved in. Alot is how people respect there place and self as to how the park reflects and looks
- EDEd DudarAug 21, 20201.0High River Village is a dump of a mobile home park. EXTREMELY NEGLECTED WITH ABANDONED TRAILERS THAT ARE AN EYESORE. POORLY MAINTAINED PARK. Management will lie and deceive you to buy. My daughter bought a trailer with parking on both sides of the trailer as clearly defined on the Land Use Map of High River as well as verbally told by 2 Cove Management employees. After 1 1/2 years parking on one side of her trailer the next door neighbor was told they could have the parking space directly next to her trailer without any verbal or written notice to my daughter. She leased the lot as a whole not to be divided up and given the neighbor to use for their parking. This is wrong and whoever in Coves management made the decision to do this better rescind. I expect a response from Cove's lawyer to this matter. FURTHERMORE a derelict vehicle with no back bumper or license plate and leaking fluids has been parked in that space for over 2 weeks. ONE MORE EYESORE TO HIGH RIVER VILLAGE.
