    I moved into this building in November 2025 and live in a one-bedroom apartment at the back facing the Superstore. Pros: Modern apartments with no carpet, good appliances, and a large fridge. The balcony is spacious and there is excellent natural light. Sharron, the manager, is very kind, responsive, and always helpful. Excellent location. The package room is well organized, there is underground parking, the building is pet-friendly with a reasonable fee, and there’s a gym plus a workspace area with vending machines. Cons: The laundry is located right at the apartment entrance, which is not very practical. Noise from the Superstore — especially at night and early morning — can be constant. With a 3-month-old baby, this has been challenging. The blinds are very light, so blackout curtains are necessary. The apartment tends to be very warm (24–26°C) and difficult to cool down, especially on sunny days. In winter, snow accumulates on sidewalks and parking areas, and there are not enough garbage disposal areas. The social room also requires an hourly fee to reserve.
