  Got to love how we pay for parking yet there are no available parking spaces or clearly labeled Flex signage so we have to drive around and look at their random list of numbers posted on the app… just to find out they are all taken.

  The office staff are rude and don’t respond. The building doesn’t get cleaned very often. The halls smell of cigarettes and weed often. You can hear everything in other units (yes, even toilet business). There seems to be people coming into the building and breaking into vehicle underground and leaving nasty garbage & cigarette butts. I don’t recommend this building, the high rent isn’t worth the headache.

  Anshuman Gill is a good guy to deal here. He is very helpful. Building is brand new and you will get all the facilities here. I highly recommend this place.

  Into the second year of living here and we adore the community. The social events and amenities keep us moving around and not staying isolated to our unit, even in the winter. My spouse, dogs and I are enjoying our quiet life and we were lucky to have my sister and her kids join the property this past year. It’s got the occasional hiccups but I can see the constant efforts to improve.
