  Did a viewing of what was supposedly a 2-bedroom apartment, which turned out to be 1 bedroom + a very small den (no windows) that can barely fit a double bed! Don’t waste people’s time, a bedroom is a bedroom and a den is a den! Update after the owner’s response: the apartment was advertised as a 2 bedroom, which is not true, it’s a 1 bedroom plus den , and is still advertised as a 2 bedroom on your website, and you’re saying your 2 bedroom vary in size and layout, it’s not a 2 bedroom!!!

  Enjoyed my time at Southpark on Whyte. The property manager was amazing and took care of any issues quickly. The building was very quiet.

  Southpark is the most beautiful and well maintained building on Whyte Avenue. Love this place!

  This apartment building has a great community experience. The residents are friendly and respectful, and there’s a genuine sense of connection that makes it feel like home rather than just a place to live. The common areas are well cared for and encourage interaction, and management does a great job fostering a welcoming, supportive environment. It’s refreshing to see people look out for one another and take pride in the community.

  Natatia, the property manager is soooo kind. She’s an amazing person. My 15 month old lease was really smooth!
