  I have lived in multiple suites here and the building used to be great ! Now it’s gone to absolute shit , I haven’t had hot water in almost 6 months so I moved out , they’ll do anything to keep your damage deposit doesn’t matter if you hire cleaners before you move out so don’t bother wasting your time here . Our truck was also broken into twice in the 6 months we lived here recently in 2025-2026 and nothing was done about it , they security doesn’t do their job anymore and all around this just isn’t a good place anymore plus the dog run is absolutely disgusting with dog poop no one cleans up after their dogs it’s horrible

  I would like to share an outstanding review for Riverside Tower in Edmonton. The building manager, Tanzin, is truly exceptional. She is highly professional, organized, and always treats residents with great respect and kindness. Whenever there is a question or concern, she responds quickly and handles everything efficiently and professionally. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the building and the well-being of the residents. Her dedication, communication, and positive attitude make a big difference in the living experience here. Riverside Tower is fortunate to have such a committed and hardworking manager. Thank you, Tanzin, for your excellent work and for creating a welcoming and well-managed community.
