  Building is well kept and managed as well as the public areas and amenities. Noise level is what you’d expect in a high density location like Whyte ave but the building suppresses most of the noise. My unit faces north towards the Main Street which is a factor, but if noise is something that would bother you other units in the building would be great. Noise within the building is pretty much non existent which is sweet. Living at this location comes with the benefits that you’d expect being in the heart of the city and so far I’ve enjoyed being here. Parking is straightforward as stalls are designated, overall it’s a great place.

  Very bad and unprofessional management. We got the appointment on email and then they said on the day that due to system glitch no appointment. And when a girl on call booked an appointment we reached there paid parking too and left my office meeting but nobody picked up the call or opened the building door for us we waited outside for an hour.

  The building has numerous issues, with construction being the primary one. When we moved in, we were never informed that a brand new gym was being built under our suite. As a result, we had to endure months of construction noise. The latest development is a massive new project right across the street. After some research, I discovered that this is one of the largest residential construction projects in Canada currently. It's constantly active, with horns blaring and trucks honking all day. My biggest issue is the Airbnbs that Deveraux operates in the building. One of these is our neighbor. My partner and I experienced an attempted break-in, where the individual renting the adjacent unit jumped onto our balcony, armed with a knife, and threatened to kill us if we didn't let them in. We contacted the building's emergency line, but they claimed it wasn't their issue. The police had to intervene, but by the time they arrived, the intruder had fled. After numerous calls to the emergency line, management finally arrived at 3 AM. It took them 5 hours to evict the intruder. There have also been multiple break-ins in the parking garage. Despite this, they charge $200 a month for parking, citing a lack of available spaces. However, the Airbnb listings for the building offer free underground parking. Additionally, there is no secure parking nearby; I tried an Impark lot in the alley, but my window was smashed within a month. Overall, considering the high rent and the issues I've experienced, I do not recommend moving in. The incentives might seem appealing, but they are not worth it. We are also facing a significant rent increase, as they base it on the unit's value rather than the current payments
