  I have not lived here , but I've recieved a annoying amount of calls from some women from here looking for "Kathy" that owes them $200 for rent . I've verbally told this women SEVERAL times to lose my damn number . I'm not Kathy I don't even know a Kathy. I've never lived here nor would I ever want to . I don't recommend this place simply because they don't understand to stop calling the wrong number , so I could imagine how annoying they would be if you lived there ....yeeesh . Maybe this will get thier attention since picking up the phone telling them I'm not Kathy and wrong number doesn't compute in their brain . This has been going on like quite some time .

  Lived there for years was a great place then we started getting letters about mice being in the building and insects. Of course mice would get in when both side doors of the building are smashed up and never get fixed for months anyone could just walk in that's real safe right. Previous landlords where great but then they brought in Mary Ann who is extremely rude and doesn't care and never gets back to you when needed just shows up for a pay check kind of thing. We moved out and they nearly took all of our $1500 deposit back which we thought was unreal as we rented from many companies (boardwalk, Midwest etc.)in the past and always got our deposit returned.what kind of company charges $200 for paint?? Don't all companies have to paint when people move out?? Never heard of the previous tenants having to pay for that. You can hear people walking on the upstairs level which woke our children up all the time, we just began to realize that everything used to build the place was the cheapest of any material . In the end it's not what it was all hyped to be if you like your place to have mice,bugs, rude landlord and hallways that need repairs this is the place for you, if not I highly recommend you stay away and keep looking.
