I transferred from one unit to another with no issues but only heartfelt support and clear communication. The safety of the building is really good and so are the ones that are taking care of it. Thank you so much for doing great business! Can’t recommend enough, great location great ppl.

- MDMorgan DumouchelFeb 14, 20255.0I rented out a studio apartment with my boyfriend we loved it our unit checked off all the boxes, large balcony, ensuite laundry, a functional layout, big bathroom and full sized kitchen are all great features rare to find with a studio. Not to mention a kitchen island The location is also amazing and super convenient, and being a few blocks off of whyte ave you don’t get all the noise but you still get all the restaurants, shops and bars you could want within walking distance. You get all the fun of whyte ave while still having a quiet and secure building. All the staff all amazing from the cleaning staff always being friendly when you see them in to halls to Jordan the maintenance worker, but especially Amanda she always responded to my emails in a timely manner and was a joy to do the move out walk through when the time came. It was so refreshing to have a positive experience moving out compared to our past experience renting from a big company. I could say more positive things about living here but this review is already long enough. I will definitely miss living here.

Laksh is extremely easy to get a hold of should you need anything!
