  Viewing the Mayfair on Jasper and getting my new lease set up there with Angie in leasing was a wonderful experience. Angie had all the answers for me, and was super accomodating in the process, going out of her way to contact me late in the workday after I had just left her a message and making sure I could view the suite at my convenience. She is true to her word and a great person to deal with. I can't wait to move in and say hi to her and concierge Ian more often! The suites are also very nice with good square footage. If you are okay with a suite facing south towards the buildings, you get good value, whereas the East and North views are very cool, making you feel like you're truly in the middle of downtown. I can't wait to move in.

  I’ve been living at the Mayfair on Jasper since June and I’ve had a great experience so far. The building is in an awesome location right on Jasper Ave, close to everything, which makes getting around super easy. The building is clean, well taken care of, and feels safe and comfortable. Management and staff have been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything, and maintenance requests get handled quickly. Overall, it’s been a really good place to live and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to live downtown

  Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been positive. They’re always kind, approachable, and ready to help with anything you need, which makes living here such a great experience. Angie gave me my tour, and she was both very personable and professional, making the whole experience comfortable and informative. The complex itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. It’s so nice living in a place where you feel both supported and comfortable. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  This building markets itself as “luxury,” but my experience as a tenant did not live up to that promise. There is a clear focus on attracting new tenants, while very little effort is made to retain the ones who are already living there. Policies are applied rigidly, with no room for context or good-faith discussion, even when tenants have a solid history of paying rent on time and taking care of their unit. The pricing is especially hard to justify. Rents are high for what is offered, and some two-bedroom units don’t even have a window in the second bedroom, which feels misleading for a building positioned as upscale. The building is also far from being as efficient or luxurious as advertised, particularly for a downtown property at this price point. Communication is another major issue. Responses are slow or inconsistent, and attempts to have reasonable conversations are often met with silence or inflexibility. A recent inspection highlighted this problem: everything seemed fine during the visit, but the written report afterward included vague, discouraging comments that were never discussed directly. That kind of disconnect undermines trust. There also appears to be uneven treatment of tenants. Some residents seem to receive flexibility and consideration, while others do not, which creates the impression of favourites rather than fair and consistent management. Overall, this building may look appealing on paper, but the day-to-day experience does not match the image being sold. For the rent being charged, I expected professionalism, transparency, and a genuine interest in tenant satisfaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
