The residents are friendly and respectful, and there’s a genuine sense of connection that makes it feel like home rather than just a place to live. The common areas are well cared for and encourage interaction, and management does a great job fostering a welcoming, supportive environment. It’s refreshing to see people look out for one another and take pride in the community.

- AMAiden M.Dec 31, 20251.0The word “community” plastered all over the building but if you sit on the bench at the front door for too long an automated PA system announces that “you are trespassing and have been recorded” what a joke. Classic 5 over 1 gentrification building. God forbid a bench serves the community as a place to sit without a monthly payment.
